We want you to have multiple pendant options in your jewellery wardrobe without having to pay for a mandatory chain every time you purchase a Virani pendant. Therefore, when you purchase a Virani pendant, you only pay for a Virani Pendant which comes without a chain.

Custom design process duration depends on the complexity of your design. After your final design
approval of CAD designs, it may take approximately 11-19 business days for us to craft and ship your fully certified
custom diamond jewellery.

Can I engrave a personal message on my custom diamond jewellery?

Absolutely. You can make your custom jewellery even more personalised by engraving your message at no extra cost.

For all the designs available at Viranigems.com, can I change the metal colors or diamond
quality to suit my style and budget?

Our zero-inventory, made to order, business model allows us to offer complete customization on all our designs. Every
single design at Viranigems.com is available in three different colours of gold namely rose, yellow and white gold.
Furthermore, all three metal colours are also available in 14K or 18K gold purities. To give you further customization

How long does the return process take?

We take an average of 2 weeks for reviewing your items and processing return documents. Once our quality assurance department inspects and accepts your returned jewellery item, we will issue a full refund which will be credited to your Ugam Ornamentgems.com account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the credited amount or get the full amount refunded to your bank account. If the payment was made using prepaid credit cards, debit card or net banking, the refund amount will be credited to the payment source. If the payment was made using Cash on Delivery payment option, the refund will be issued to your bank account.

What is the money back policy on international orders?
